Sourced from the 80 year old organically farmed Somers Mission Vineyard in Lodi, this wine went under 100% whole cluster Carbonic Maceration for 10 days in stainless steel. Pressed into a combination of concrete and stainless steel tanks for 7 days. No sulfur used in the winemaking. Natural yeast fermentation. Bottled after 6 months in old wood barrels with 11.5 % alcohol. Production: 380 cases bottled.
