2023 Bokisch Vineyards Picpoul Blanc

Planted in 2014, we have used Picpoul as a blending grape but this is our first true varietal bottling. After a slow, cold fermentation, the wine is then aged in stainless steel for 5 months. It has bright aromatics of lemon peel, lime zest, crushed violet, and under-ripe pear that lead into zesty flavors of lemon-lime soda, orange blossom, and lime juice. The finish is long, lingering, and refreshing.
