Strolling musical hijinks by Snap Jackson & the Knock on Wood Players
There’s nothing like hot pickin’, foot stompin’ bluegrass to get the blood and spirits rolling, and Snap Jackson & the Knock on Wood Players will be strolling through the fair, regaling you with their high energy, soulful brand of this great American musical genre.
ON THE MAIN STAGE…
1-2 PM – David Lunning and his band will kick things off on the big stage with folk/Americana tunes, fresh out of Sonoma County.
2:20-3:40 PM – The World Record has been described as “fun and snarky” by the Onion AV Club, and as “the West Coast heir apparent to Big Star” by the Aquarium Drunkard. Whatever that means, a rockin’ time is guaranteed for all!
4:20-5:40 PM – Bump City is a Tower of Power tribute band, and if You’re Still a Young Man, Willing to Learn, and still feelin’ that Funkifize that makes it So Very Hard to Go, come on Down to the Nightclub and get groovin’ to this group’s big, brassy, zintillating sounds!
